Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the TechUpServices.in website, application, APIs, and support interactions. It explains what we collect, why we use it, when it is shared, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

• Account and business details: name, email address, phone number, business details, workspace settings, and authentication records.
• Connected-service data: identifiers and credentials needed to connect services such as WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and customer-selected AI providers.
• WhatsApp data: contact details, consent records, message content and media, templates, delivery events, and conversation metadata.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser and device information, feature interactions, session activity, diagnostics, and performance events.
• Billing data: subscription and transaction records. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by us.

3. How we use information

• Provide messaging, conversation history, broadcasts, workflows, integrations, and support.
• Authenticate users, enforce account boundaries, prevent abuse, and investigate security events.
• Operate subscriptions, communicate service changes, and respond to requests.
• Understand product usage, diagnose failures, and improve reliability and features.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.

4. Providers and disclosures

We do not sell personal information. We disclose data when needed to operate the service, follow your instructions, complete a business transaction, protect rights and safety, or comply with law.

• Meta: processes WhatsApp messaging and account data under its own terms and policies.
• Infrastructure and operations: providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, PostHog, and integration providers you choose to connect.
• Authorities and advisers: data may be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account is active and as needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes, maintain security records, and meet tax, accounting, or legal requirements. Retention varies by data type and workspace configuration. After a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify eligible data from active systems within a reasonable period; legal records and time-limited backups may remain longer.

6. Security and connected credentials

We use transport encryption, provider-managed storage protections, authentication, account-scoped authorization, and server-side access controls. Recoverable credentials for some third-party integrations are not yet protected by a separate application-layer encryption boundary. That encryption and key-rotation work is planned but deferred; we do not claim those credentials are currently application-encrypted. See our Security page for the current position.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Workspace administrators can also manage many records in the product. To make a privacy request, email privacy@techupservices.in. We may verify your identity and authority before acting.

8. Cookies and product analytics

We use local storage and essential cookies for authentication, theme preferences, session management, and security. We also use product analytics to understand feature usage and diagnose problems. Browser settings can control cookies, but blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

9. International processing and children

Providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to applicable transfer safeguards. The service is intended for businesses and adults aged 18 or older; we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

10. Changes and contact
